With nearly 30 years of experience in healthcare, Felicia A. Hurst began her career in Healthcare IT at The University of Illinois. Her passion for improving the patient experience led her to roles such as System Director of Customer Experience at Ohio Health and Senior Director of Patient Experience at a top Pediatric Health System. Beyond healthcare, Felicia successfully ran Studio V Fashion and Image Consulting and now coaches small businesses on creating exceptional customer experiences. Her dedication and expertise make her a valuable resource for any church seeking to improve its member experience and operational efficiency.
